IDENTIDAD SOCIAL
La necesidad por definir nuestra identidad nos lleva a menudo a la pérdida de la misma. Interferencias externas que se cruzan con las resonancias más internas que luchan por ver la luz. Nuestra existencia se basa en la dicotomía por especificar una identidad inamovible a una sociedad que está en continuo cambio. Nos presionamos para dar una imagen íntegra de nosotros mismos. Como si solos fuéramos uno.

CAPA SOBRE CAPA
Somos estratos de identidades que se van superponiendo hasta formar nuestra esencia. Capas que encajan con otras capas. Se moldean y amoldan a un cuerpo y a una realidad. Siendo también parte de nosotros mismos ese registro de distancias entre las capas que se generan en el proceso. Habita también en nosotros los espacios de vacío que se generan entre lo que uno imagina, representa y materializa. Lugares donde se es consciente de uno mismo. Se sabe dónde empiezan, pero no dónde acaban.
DESINTEGRACIONES
A través de autorretratos, la figura del cuerpo-contenedor es descompuesta para su análisis. "Beyond borders" es un recorrido que va desde la identidad más personal a la más social. La imagen del yo es abstraída para evidenciar la separación que ocurre en el proceso: como un cuerpo que se dilata fuera de sus límites, y como un cuerpo único acorazado cuyos detalles han sido casi eliminados para reducirlo a la fachada de una mera figura más en el escenario de la sociedad.
Se experimenta la desintegración de las diversas identidades que constituyen mi existencia. Diferentes capas, formas, texturas y espesores en un mismo cuerpo. Autorretratos que muestran las distintas capas que constituyen todo mi yo, la muestra de los diversos componentes que lo forman y el resultado objeto del proceso del autoconocimiento.

SOCIAL IDENTITY
The need to define our identity often leads to the loss of it. External interferences that intersect with the most internal resonances that struggle to see the light. Our existence is based on the dichotomy of specifying an immovable identity to a society that is constantly changing. We push ourselves to give a whole picture of ourselves. As if we were only one.
LAYER ON LAYER
We are layers of identities that overlap until we form our essence. Layers that fit with other layers. They are molded and molded to a body and a reality. DESINTEGRATIONS
